Finding the Light

How are you doing dear Friends Finding the Light? It’s exhausting times for you, having been delivered through the eclipse portal. Your body wants to slow down during this time of the Solar cycle in the Northern Hemisphere and on top of that your life and light giver: the Sun has showered you with perpetual high frequency solar winds, illuminating old frayed cobwebs but also seeking to refine your energy-field and consciousness. You are exhausted for a reason - personally and collectively this year's energies are pushing you to the extremes towards a breakthrough.
You may currently be experiencing extreme extended periods of reflection on the past, making it difficult to see a way forward. Be patient, the pathway is already there in part. You must make space and time for this mental processing and reflecting - this is a time of deep shadow work and only kindness and gentleness with yourself will set you free. Loving and accepting is the only key to freedom from the past.
Sit with yourself, listen to your inner voice. Is it your inner-child talking to you or perhaps your inner-critic? Both require self-nurturing and reassurance. Allow Nature and Mother Earth to ground your fears and make sure you receive the rays of the Sun on your skin because you are still deserving dear one.
